磁敏感加权成像检测脑微出血灶在腔隙性脑梗塞中的应用

摘要:目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)技术在检测腔隙性脑梗塞患者脑微出血病变的价值。方法回顾性分析腔隙性脑梗塞患者68例,同时分析同期68例健康志愿者作为对照组,共例。2组均行MRI颅脑常规序列、DWI及SWI检查,分析其相关性。结果所有检查者中,SWI发现有脑微出血(CMBs)37例,腔隙性脑梗塞30例,对照组7例;DWI发现有CMBs23例,对照组4例,SWI序列显示CMBs阳性率及数目与DWI及T2WI序列差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腔隙性脑梗塞严重程度与CMBs数目呈正相关。结论SWI显示CMBs优于DWI及T2WI,且腔隙性脑梗塞严重程度与CMBs数目呈正相关。
